Hana Hammouda is a Senior Consultant in NERA’s London Competition team where she advises companies, regulators, and governments across a variety of sectors, including technology, telecommunications, and postal services.

Ms. Hammouda has successfully led matters relating to market reviews and investigations, merger clearance and cooperation agreements, subsidy control and state aid, economic regulation, and universal service obligations. She has significant experience on broadband, telecom access, and infrastructure deployment projects involving complex economic modelling and the management of large, multi-stakeholder engagements. She also has a deep background supporting public bodies and private companies on subsidy control and state aid matters across a range of sectors, including a matter recently brought before the CAT.
