Mr Marc Abenhaïm is a member of the European Commission’s Legal Service, where he focuses on State aid and Foreign Subsidies. Before joining the Legal Service, Marc worked as an antitrust lawyer in several international and US law firms in Brussels and as a référendaire (law clerk) at the Court of justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
