Marielena Doeding is an associate in the Firm’s European Competition Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of EU, UK and German competition law, the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation and foreign investment laws. She represents clients across all industry sectors, advising on merger control, foreign subsidies and foreign investment reviews, as well as antitrust, foreign subsidies and state aid investigations, and litigation in the EU Courts.

Marielena is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as Rechtsanwältin in Germany.
