Miriam van Heyningen is Head of Ethics & Compliance at TSN. She is a lawyer with expertise in various compliance areas, including anti-trust and competition. Prior to her current role at TSN she worked for Shell International’s Ethics & Compliance Office. Before that she worked for the Dutch Consumer & Market Authority (ACM)), after serving in private practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
