Carlota Molina is Global Antitrust Counsel at Bayer, advising the company's Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and Crop Science businesses on competition law matters worldwide. As a member of Bayer's Global Antitrust Team, she provides strategic counsel on a broad range of issues, including commercial practices, compliance, transactions and regulatory topics.

Prior to her current role, Carlota served as Pharmaceuticals Senior Legal Counsel for Iberia, leading legal support for Bayer's prescription medicines business in the region. Before joining Bayer in 2020, she practiced law with Fieldfisher's Life Sciences team in Spain and held in-house legal positions at pharmaceutical companies including Menarini and Uriach.

Alongside her professional practice, Carlota is Director and Professor of the Pharma & Food Law Track at ESADE Law School in Barcelona, where she teaches and contributes to the development of legal education in the life sciences sector.
