Cristiane is a seasoned legal executive, with almost 20 years of experience mainly in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a LLM in International and European Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Brussels, Belgium, an MBA from Academies Australasia, Sydney, and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, São Paulo Brazil. During her career, Cristiane has advised companies on a vast range of complex issues, including on antitrust and competition matters, trade sanctions, compliance, data privacy, regulatory, market access, business expansion and multiple cross-border transactions.
