Elina Koustoumpardi is a senior consultant within CRA’s competition practice. She has more than 15 years of experience applying economic theory and empirical techniques to competition law cases. Her work includes advising clients in:

• Complex merger investigations before the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and other jurisdictions. She has advised on merger cases, including Novo Holdings/Catalent, Microsoft/Activision, CVC/Ethniki, LSE/Refinitiv, Nexi/SIA, Novelis/Aleris, among others.
• Abuse of dominance and anticompetitive agreements investigations and appeals before the courts. Her recent experience includes cases involving excessive pricing, disparagement and pay-for-delay in pharma, exclusionary abuses in beer, chipsets, packaging materials, and other sectors.
• Litigation, involving the estimation of damages arising from anticompetitive agreements and abuse of dominance cases.
