Jenny Leahy is a partner in Freshfields’ Antitrust, Competition and Trade group, advising clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, foreign investment, and strategic antitrust counseling.

She has deep experience across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors. Jenny regularly advises on complex, high-profile merger control and foreign investment reviews across multiple jurisdictions, including public takeovers. She also counsels clients on competitor collaborations, joint ventures, vertical agreements, pricing, and distribution strategies.
