Katarina Foss-Solbrekk is a Senior DPhil (PhD) candidate in law at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on how access to generic/biosimilar medicines may be improved under European patent law. Her work has been published in several high-impact intellectual property law journals, and recently also been cited in a decision by the Technical Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office.
