Katharine Missenden specialises in EU competition law across a wide range of industry sectors, including healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, heavy industries, technology, aviation, finance, and consumer goods and retail. Katharine has particular expertise in EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control, EU antitrust investigations, and the implementation of antitrust best practices. She is recognised as a Rising Star for Competition and Antitrust (Belgium) in the IFLR Expert Guides 2022 and as a key lawyer in Clifford Chance’s Brussels antitrust practice by The Legal 500 rankings 2024.

Katharine is also Vice Chair of the Antitrust Corporate Counseling Committee, American Bar Association.
