Kyriakos is Managing Partner of HSF Kramer's Competition/Antitrust, Regulation and Trade practice and Managing Partner of the Brussels Office. He is currently Co-Chair of the IBA's Antitrust Committee.
Kyriakos has more than two decades of experience in competition law, specialising in all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control (M&A and joint ventures), antitrust investigations (cartels and abuses of dominance cases), agreements and unilateral conduct, and compliance. He also represents clients in complex litigation before the General Court of the European Union and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Kyriakos advises clients across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, where he advises pharma companies on licensing agreements, patent settlement issues, life-cycle strategies, and M&A transactions.
Kyriakos brings expertise through his former positions as a European Commission Official at the Directorate General for Competition's Merger Task Force and as a Référendaire (Legal Assistant) in the cabinet of the President of the General Court of the European Union.
