Sharon is a partner in Freshfields’ global Antitrust and Competition group, and has particular experience of advising clients in the tech, financial services and life sciences sectors. Sharon advises clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, and has acted for clients on various high profile antitrust investigations, global merger control and foreign investment, digital regulation including the EU DMA and the UK DMCC, market inquiries and competition/regulatory litigation.
