Alina Böling is Counsel at Krogerus in Helsinki, where she advises clients in the fields of competition law and various other regulatory issues such as foreign direct investment screening. She regularly advises clients in demanding antitrust and merger control related cases, working both on a national, cross-border and EU level. Alina works with clients in a wide range of industries and has been involved in several high-profile antitrust cases.

In addition to working in private practice, Alina has experience from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and the Legal Service of the European Commission. She has also served as a trainee judge at the Helsinki District Court, handling civil and criminal cases. Alina holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
