Andreas Jasper is a Swedish lawyer and Legal Secretary (Référendaire) at the Cabinet of Judge Jörgen Hettne at the General Court of the European Union. Prior to that, Andreas headed the EU legal and policy affairs office of the Swedish aeronautics, defence and security company, Saab AB, in Brussels, where he also was the EU adviser to the President and CEO of the company (2016 – 2025). Before that, Andreas was a Partner at the Swedish EU affairs consultancy, Kreab, in Brussels (2007 – 2016), where he advised European companies active in public transport, postal services, energy and media, mainly on EU competition (antitrust and state aid), public procurement and regulatory matters, including on complaints and infringement proceeding, before the European Commission, courts and other EU and national authorities. Prior to that, he was an EU lawyer with a couple of British law firms and a temporary case officer at DG Competition, where he dealt with state aid and antitrust investigations. Andreas holds an L.L.M. (ELEA) from College of Europe, Bruges (2006) as well as an L.L.M. from Lund University, Sweden, and K.U. Leuven, Belgium (2000).
