Harald Evensen has served as Director of Competition and State Aid of the EFTA Surveillance Authority since he rejoined ESA in 2022, following 22 years of private practice within the field in Oslo. He is former legal director of the Norwegian Competition Authority and has edited and co-authored two books on the Norwegian Competition Act.
