Currently serving as Head of Sector in DG Connect leading teams of passionate people working at the enforcement of the Digital Markets Act. Experienced in steering complex policy and enforcement actions and supporting senior level decision making in high-priority files.

Firm believer in the European project and its values. Over a decade of experience within the European Commission working in various roles, including as a member of the Chief Economist Team of DG COMP and of the Recovery and Resilience task force. Italian national with a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute (Florence).
