Profile

Morten Qvist Fog is working as Leading Senior Advisor and Head of Public Procurement & State Aid Law at the Confederation of Danish Industry in Denmark focusing on State Aid, public procurement and competition law. Previously he has been working at the Danish Competition Authority and at the Danish law firm Bech Bruun. Morten is former chairman at Businesseurope’s State Aid Working Group (2015-2022). He is also cofounder and vice-chairman of the Danish State Law Association. Furthermore, he has published several articles about State Aid and public procurement in legal journals.
