As of 1 January 2026, Sanna is a Partner in Cederquist’s EU & Competition Practice Group in Stockholm. Sanna mainly advises client on competition law related matters in M&A transaction regarding merger control, competition compliance, assessment of commercial agreements, clean team and integration work. Sanna also has particular experience in representing clients in investigations before the Swedish Competition Authority. In addition, Sanna has special expertise in foreign direct investment regimes in both domestic and cross-border transactions and heads the practice at Cederquist.

Together with Fredrik Lindblom, Sanna is the author of the Swedish monograph on Vertical Restraints, which is a pan-European project to write and publish the main book on vertical restraints authored by Philip Tuytschaever and Frank Wijckmans in all EU languages and add local legal case law and practice. The second edition will be published in the beginning of 2026.
