Xandra Ståhlberg is a partner and leading Baker McKenzie’s Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in Stockholm. Prior to joining the Firm in 2021 she was at another major national law firm in Stockholm. Xandra has special expertise in competition law matters related to M&A and has merger control and foreign direct investment experience from public, private and Private Equity transactions which includes advising clients in complex, cross border matters, successfully representing the clients before the Swedish Competition Authority as well as the European Commission. She is also experienced in advising clients in antitrust matters connected to transactions such as clean teams and integration work. Xandra was appointed as a Non-Governmental Advisor for the Swedish Competition Authority in the International Competition Network’s working group for merger control in 2024 and is now on the cartel enforcement group.

She was a speaker at the ICN cartel workshop in Seoul 2025.
