Jamal Almustapha is the Vice President of Quality at Strive Pharmacy, with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical compounding Quality. His career spans sterile manufacturing at B. Braun Medical through senior Quality Assurance leadership at Central Admixture Pharmacy Services (CAPS), where he developed deep expertise across 503A and 503B Quality systems, cleanroom validation, environmental monitoring, sterilization and VHP cycle development, product development, sanitization studies and the full spectrum of microbiology testing; including traditional and rapid methods for microbial identification, endotoxin and sterility testing.At Strive, Jamal leads the Quality infrastructure that keeps compounded medications safe, compliant, and patient-ready; from SOP development and deviation management to supplier qualification and inspection readiness under the appropriate USP and other regulatory guidelines.
