Lauren Paul serves as the Director of State Government Affairs for Hims & Hers Health, Inc.,where she oversees regulatory engagement and advocacy strategies across Boards ofPharmacy in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, in addition to supportinginternational expansion initiatives. In this capacity, she represents the organization in regulatoryproceedings, rulemakings, advisory committees, and public hearings, while providing strategiccounsel on emerging pharmacy matters, specifically concerning compounding and patientsafety.Before her tenure at Hims & Hers, Lauren completed over twenty years of service at CVSHealth, including more than a decade as Executive Director of Pharmacy Advocacy andRegulatory Affairs. She possesses over 22 years of comprehensive pharmacy practiceexperience across diverse healthcare environments.She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the Duquesne University School ofPharmacy and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Policy and Outcomes, with aconcentration in Patient Safety, from the University of Florida. Lauren maintains activepharmacist licensure in both Florida and Pennsylvania
