Onsite Health & Safety Protocols

We are committed to creating an event where our community, partners, staff and local workforce can have an enjoyable and successful experience, conduct business effectively and do all of this in safety and comfort.

Please take a note of some new requirements and efforts we’ve made to ensure this. We will continue to update these as needed based on any changing requirements.

Informa Connect Life Sciences requires all in-person attendees to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

We will be making a visual in-person check of vaccination on arrival at the badge pick up area. We will need to see your ID and proof of vaccination. This can be the vaccination card, a photo or photocopy of the vaccination card or a letter from a doctor confirming vaccination has taken place. This must include your full name and the date of either the second vaccination or the single shot vaccination (if applicable), and these must have been given at least two weeks prior to arrival onsite.

Please note that medical/religious exceptions will only be considered if requests are received in advance of the event. Requests for exceptions should be submitted to john.kuchinski@informa.com in advance of the meeting as further documentation will be required to gain entry.

Informa Connect Life Sciences strongly recommends wearing masks onsite while not actively eating or drinking. Masks will be available in a limited supply for those who need one onsite. Additional safety measures include:

• Increased cleaning of the conference areas
• Greater social distancing incorporated into conference room seating layouts, including wider aisles, larger exhibition booths and spaces
• Food will be served only by catering staff or it will be pre-packaged
• Minimal contact at registration
• Utilizing a mobile app to limit physical handouts

The health and safety of our customers and staff remain our #1 priority. Our event has been organized in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines, Informa’s AllSecure Health and Safety standards and other local state and city regulations.
