Barbara J. Kelley brings a cross-sector perspective to compounding pharmacy, grounded in her leadership roles in two townships. She has led major community engagement and modernization initiatives, including digital permitting reforms, a $1.7M Public Works project, and award-winning outreach efforts that connected 17,000 residents and hundreds of local businesses. Barbara’s background includes grant negotiation, open-space planning and overall funding, economic development, and extensive experience in project management, mediation and volunteer coordination.
