Jaclyn M. Jaskowiak, PharmD, BCPS, BCSCP is an Inpatient Pharmacist Specialist for compounding compliance and operations at UC San Diego Health and Affiliate Faculty at the UC San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She received her Pharm.D. from the University of Southern California and completed a PGY1 Acute Care Pharmacy Practice Residency at UC San Diego Health. She has received formal training in environmental monitoring and completed the Comprehensive cGMP Pharmaceutical Aseptic Training Course at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Jaskowiak has over 17 years of hospital and health-system experience including inpatient, outpatient infusion center, and clinical research pharmacy services. She is board certified in compounded sterile preparations and pharmacotherapy.

Dr. Jaskowiak currently serves as Chair of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners Section Advisory Group on Compounding Practice. In 2025, she was named Pharmacist of the Year by the San Diego Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She is actively involved on the state and local level and serves as Chair of the Compounding Task Force for the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists and Chair of the Compounding Committee for the San Diego Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Her professional interests include hazardous drug safety initiatives, environmental monitoring, pharmacy technician advancement, and teaching.
