Joah Sundrani serves as the Vice President of Compliance and Compounding Innovation at SandsRx, LLC, where she oversees sterile and nonsterile compounding compliance across all locations. Her work focuses on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, patient safety, and compounding innovation. She is a board-certified sterile compounding pharmacist with a background that integrates clinical pharmacy practice, management, and business administration. With extensive experience in hospital and healthcare settings, and holding an MBA, Joah emphasizes operational efficiency and strict adherence to state and federal regulatory standards.

Joah was named Pharmacist of the Year by the Texas Pharmacy Association in recognition of her leadership and contributions to the profession. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Texas Pharmacy Association and as the Immediate-Past President of the Dallas Area Pharmacy Association. She serves on the advisory board for APhA’s Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) recertification program and is a Fellow of the American College of Apothecaries.
