Jules D’Souza is an accomplished quality and compliance leader with extensive experience overseeing quality operations, regulatory compliance, and cGMP systems within compounding and biopharmaceutical environments. He currently serves as Director of Quality Operations at Empower Pharmacy, where he supports enterprise-wide quality initiatives, compliance strategy, and continuous improvement across regulated operations.

With more than a decade of experience in quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, Jules has held senior leadership roles across compounding pharmacies, CDMOs, and biopharmaceutical organizations. His background includes directing global quality control systems, leading inspection readiness efforts, and implementing sustainable compliance frameworks aligned with FDA and USP expectations.

Jules holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University and has completed specialized training in pharmaceutical quality systems, computer system validation, and laboratory controls. He is recognized for his hands-on leadership style and his ability to bridge scientific rigor with practical, scalable quality operations.
