Justin Brock earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Glendale, Arizona in 2008. During pharmacy school, he served as Class President, was selected to Phi Lambda Sigma Honorary Pharmacy Leadership Society and served as an officer in the student chapters of Phi Delta Chi Professional Pharmacy Fraternity and National Community Pharmacy Association.

After graduating, Justin served as Director of Pharmacy and Lab Director for a Specialty / Compounding Pharmacy for two years. He then moved back to his hometown of Tucson to be Manager of Outpatient Pharmacy Services for at The University of Arizona Medical Center.

In 2014, He and his wife opened Acacia, a non-sterile compounding pharmacy. In the ten years since opening, Acacia opened its second location in 2023 and has grown to 23 employees. He serves on the legislative affairs committee for the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding.
