Lauren Paul serves as the Director of State Government Affairs for Hims & Hers Health, Inc., where she oversees regulatory engagement and advocacy strategies across Boards of Pharmacy in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, in addition to supporting international expansion initiatives. In this capacity, she represents the organization in regulatory proceedings, rulemakings, advisory committees, and public hearings, while providing strategic counsel on emerging pharmacy matters, specifically concerning compounding and patient safety.

Before her tenure at Hims & Hers, Lauren completed over twenty years of service at CVS Health, including more than a decade as Executive Director of Pharmacy Advocacy and Regulatory Affairs. She possesses over 21 years of comprehensive pharmacy practice experience across diverse healthcare environments. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Policy and Outcomes, with a specialization in Patient Safety, from the University of Florida. Lauren maintains active pharmacist licensure in both Florida and Pennsylvania
