Lisa Capriola is an accomplished pharmacy executive and licensed pharmacist with an extensive multi-state footprint, holding active pharmacist licenses in 21 states. As Vice President of Compliance at Precision Medicine, she brings deep expertise in regulatory strategy, quality systems, and compounding expertise across diverse practice settings.

With advanced training in sterile, non-sterile, and hazardous compounding, Lisa provides comprehensive oversight of compounding operations in alignment with Section 503A requirements and applicable USP standards. In this role, Lisa leads company-wide regulatory compliance efforts, serving as the primary liaison to all 50 state boards of pharmacy and ensuring the organization maintains continuous readiness for inspections, audits, and evolving regulatory expectations.

In addition to regulatory leadership, Lisa oversees the Quality Department, driving the development and implementation of robust quality management systems, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives that support patient safety and product integrity.

Lisa’s pharmacy background spans multiple sectors, including compounding, mail order, retail, and long-term care pharmacy operations. This broad experience informs a structured, detail-oriented approach to compliance that promotes consistent adherence to regulatory and quality standards while supporting operational efficiency across multiple specialties.
