Matt’s passion is Human Error Prevention (HEP). He uses agile, practical, and cost-effective solutions that shift mindsets, transform behavior and improve performance. Matt has over 30 years of experience in GMP Manufacturing, Quality, and Learning & Development. He is currently owner, and president of BioPharm Error Prevention Associates, Inc. He is an expert in SOP Writing, Human Error Prevention, cGMP, Quality Systems, and Learning & Development, and has delivered highly engaging, interactive training, documentation, HEP toolkits, and improvement programs extensively in these areas for many years. He is a member of ATD, ISPE, and PDA, and an instructor for Massachusetts Biotechnology Council, CfPIE, PDA, ISPE, NSF, and the International Pharmaceutical Academy.
