Melissa Stefko is an accomplished Senior Vice President of Regulatory at Wells Pharmacy Network, a leading provider of compounded medication. Throughout her dynamic career, Melissa has garnered extensive expertise in Quality Assurance and Regulatory, initially beginning as a microbiologist in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, she drives value addition for pharmaceutical manufacturers through her role in the professional services domain.

Melissa’s educational journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Florida State University, where she co-founded the Pre-Pharmacy Informational Leadership and Learning Society. Her passion for continuous learning led her to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s of Science in Biotechnology, and a Regulatory Affairs Certificate from the University of Maryland Global Campus. To complement her knowledge, she is certified as a Quality Auditor and GMP Professional through ASQ.

Beyond her professional achievements, Melissa is an active member of several esteemed organizations, including the Regulatory Committee for the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding, local ASQ and RAPS Chapters, the Steering Committee for the International Peptide Society and a Board of Director member for Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding.
