Robert P. Nickell, pharmacist, is the founder and CEO of five pharmacy, drug distribution and manufacturing companies across the USA. Nubratori RX™, a 503B FDA-Registered Outsource Facility, specializing in branded sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products following cGMP and FDA guidelines. Enovachem Pharmaceuticals™, an FDA-registered repackaging and manufacaturing facility, specializing in OTC supplements, cosmetics, and RX drugs. Pharmco™, a national 503A non-sterile compounding and mail-order retail pharmacy. Hawaii Repack™, the only secondary drug distributor in Hawaii. Sportpharm™, the only national pharmacy specializing in professional sports teams, Olympic athletes and major colleges and Universities.

Robert currently serves as Chair for the NCPDP Foundation with over $10M in secured funds, and previously served on the board for the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding Foundation, and the California Pharmacists Association Political Action Committee.Over the last 19 years, Robert has led his companies to eleven wins in the INC5000 list of fastest-growingcompanies.Robert was honored to serve as the First Pharmacist appointed to the US Olympic Medical Team in 2004. The SportsRXNetwork™ honored Robert with the award and title “God Father of Sports Pharmacy” at their inaugural summit in 2025.

From 1995 to 2004, Robert was the Lead Course Instructor for pharmaceutical compounding at theUniversity of Southern California School of Pharmacy, teaching beginning, advanced, and FDA regulatory affairs. At the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy, Robert helped launch the first-ever Entrepreneur Pharmacy Program in the United States. He also continues to serve on the Pacific Dean’s Leadership Guidance Committee since 2010.Robert is a past president of the California Pharmacists Association and has received many awards andrecognitions, including Pharmacist of the Year and Innovative Pharmacist of the Year.

Robert P. Nickell graduated with a degree in pharmacy from the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy in 1981.
