Victor Hill is the Director of Quality at a 503A Compounding Pharmacy. With a background as a Biochemist, he applies a rigorous, science-based approach to compliance and formulation design.

Victor is a specialist in pharmaceutical quality systems, including adherence to USP General Chapters <795>, <797>, and <800>. He has driven the launch and ongoing quality control for the pharmacy’s GLP-1 offerings, including semaglutide and tirzepatide. His work includes overseeing API sourcing, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reviews, and leading the R&D efforts that have resulted in formulation improvements for stability and efficacy.

In this session, Victor will detail best practices for the GLP-1 Compliance Workshop, guiding attendees through critical topics such as: establishing protocols for dosing accuracy, validating cold-chain shipping to protect drug potency, and utilizing quality systems to ensure product consistency and reduce compliance risk.
