Eligibility. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. 12 Days of Connect: Day Ten Giveaway: Streamly Video Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by Informa Connect Limited (“Informa”) is open to entrants 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada (excluding residents from Quebec) who submit the entry form below for a chance to record a professional video to be featured on Informa’s content platform, Streamly. An invitation to enter the Contest does not indicate automatic qualification. Employees of Informa, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or households of each are not eligible. The terms and conditions below (“Official Rules”) will govern this Contest. The provision of the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and all other obligations set forth herein.

How to Enter. The entry period begins at or around 9:00 AM EST on or about December 13, 2024 and ends at or around 11:59 PM EST on or about December 31, 2024 (“Entry Period”). To enter, complete the form available here: (“Entry”). Entrants will be judged on the strength of their application, their creativity, and originality. Limit one Entry per entrant. All Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2024. Entries missing any required information will not be eligible to win the Contest. Informa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw any entrant from the judging process at any time, if their Entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason (including false or inaccurate information declared in the Entry). Informa also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ban with immediate effect from the Contest any entrant in case of inaccurate information on their Entry, suspected or confirmation violation of intellectual property or privacy laws, disparaging behavior or corruption towards the judges of the Contest or Informa’s personnel, or any dispute or claim pertaining to an Entry.

No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles allowed. Informa is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or other indecipherable or unreadable entries. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized owner of the email account. The email account owner is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an account name by the organization that is responsible for assigning email account names for the submitted email. The use of any robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to sweepstakes entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Informa. All entries and information contained therein become the property of Informa and will not be returned.

Selection of Winners. On January 20, 2025 one winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The judging panel of the Contest will be made up of Informa representatives with experience producing videos on the Streamly platform. The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email no later than January 20, 2025 at 5pm EST. The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. To claim the prize, winner must reply to Informa’s winner notification message no later than January 25, 2025. If the winner fails to claim their prize in the manner described herein, their prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the pool of qualified entrants. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, show proof of valid identification, and provide any relevant tax forms form no later than January 31, 2025 or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize.

Prizes. One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be awarded the opportunity to have a professional video recorded, edited, and produced by the Streamly team, showcasing their expertise on a topic of their choice, which will be published and shared across the Streamly platform (“Video”). The prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $250 USD. The Winner will work with the Streamly team to finalize the subject and style of the Video. Time and location of the Video shoot to be determined at a later date by the mutual agreement of the Winner and Informa (which may include in person or in a virtual setting). No prize transfers, cash redemption, or substitutions except as provided for herein. Informa reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in case of prize unavailability, or for whatever reason. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize delivery is subject to product and Informa availability. The Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes on their prize. Subject to all local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.

Obligations. The Winner must comply with all prize component requirements, which may include the execution of Informa’s Content Creator Permissions Form. The Video shall constitute Informa shall have final control over the content of the Video, including the script and its distribution. Informa shall own all copyright in and to the Video, and hereby grants the Winner a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, non-transferable license to copy, broadcast, republish, and publicly display the Video in any media now known or hereinafter devised. The Winner consents to the use of their name, photographs, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, in connection with this Contest and on the Streamly platform, by Informa and its affiliates, without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entry to the Contest does not grant entrants the right to use the name, logo, or image of Informa or its affiliates without the express written approval of Informa. Contest and all related published ads, promotional materials, online and printed entry forms are the property of Informa.

By accepting the prize, the Winner represents and warrants that their Entry does not, and covenants their Video will not, (i) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third parties, (ii) invade or violate any rights of any person, including without limitation, any privacy or personality right, (iii) infringe any other proprietary right, or (iv) contain libelous or obscene material.

Release of liability. Informa, its agents, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and its and their respective officers, directors, contractors, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for (i) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the prize, (ii) lost, late, or invalid entries, (iii) electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations, (iv) transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, (v) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions, (vi) limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions, or (vii) failure to receive entry or other Contest related information by entrants due to technical problems.

All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Released Parties from any and all existing or future, alleged or actual, claims, actions, losses, damages, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest, participation in any Contest-related activity, or awarding, delivery, miss-delivery, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind.

Entrants acknowledge Released Parties are not liable or are in any way responsible as to any outcome resulting from participation in this Contest, or from the creation and publication of the Video. Released Parties are not liable or responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the Contest. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, or theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or computer software, or for failure of email or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof (including injury or damage to any entrant’s or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest or downloading or uploading materials from/to the websites). Released Parties are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play or conduct of the Contest or to defraud Released Parties in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize won. If the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Released Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Informa reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and award the prize from among all entries received via the offline methods of entry and/or all online entries received prior to the time of termination.

By entering, entrants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used only by Informa or its agents and suppliers to administer the Contest. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that an entrant is using the Contest for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified from participating in the Contest and reported to authorities.
