Heather Hermen is a native of Arizona, having relocated to Branson in September of 2024. She most recently served as the CEO of her own marketing and communications agency for 15 years and has worked with a half dozen destinations focused on marketing, public relations, strategic planning, storytelling, and community engagement. She now serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & CVB. Heather lives with her husband, Mike, and son, Nicholas, near Table Rock Lake and they get on the water as often as they can.
