When do I get my refund?
Refunds will be passed out to planners during the last set of appointments.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation will be provided for the opening reception and Annual White Party. Transportation to and from the KICC will be provided for hotels located in the NULU area (Cambria, 21C and AC Hotel). All other hotels are located walking distance to the KICC. Airport transfers will be available from 8am-5pm on 4/14 only. Please see transportation page for all details.
What are the morning wellness activities?
We are leading a Connect Walk Club for a 1.7 mi walk. If you would like to join, please meet outside of the KICC at 6:30 AM. Please bring your own water.
Is breakfast provided?
Breakfast is not provided.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch will take place outside of the center and in the pre-function space on the main level.
Will there be gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options at lunch?
Yes, we have worked with Levy to create options for everyone!

What is the app code?

Where do I get my photos?
SpotMyPhotos is walking around with QR codes. Once they scan you into the system, you will receive your photos.
Where do I pick up my name badge?
Badge pickup is specific on the event you are attending. Check the schedule for your location.
What is the Wifi Information?
The network is visitcincy and the password is visitcincy
Do I have to wear white to get into the white party?
No, but we do recommend it!
Can I bring a bag to the white party?
Small bags and clutches are permitted. Large totes, backpacks and suitcases will not be accepted into Churchill Downs.
Can I bring a guest to the parties?
All guests must be registered prior to the show in order to attend events. Name badges are required for entry.
Where is lost and found?
For all lost and found inquiries, please check with KICC security.
Where is the info desk?
The info desk will be at each groups registration.
What if I need to ship something home?
You can work with Stetson to do so. Their desk will be located at the back of the exhibit hall.
How do I know what appointments I have?
You can log into the portal through the app to check this.
How do I know my table number?
You can find your table number on the back of your badge.
Can I leave my personal items at my appointment table?
The room is not monitored by security, so anything left in the room is at your own risk.
What is the hosted buyer gifting suite?
This is for all of our hosted buyers to enjoy and receive a gift as a token of appreciation for attending all of their appointments.
