First-Timer's Orientation
First Timer's Orientation, sponsored by Turning Stone Resort, will be on Tuesday, 22 April 2025 from 1:00pm - 1:45pm Pacific Time in Hermitage.
Kickstart your success at our First Timer's Orientation. During this informative session, first-time buyers, suppliers, and exhibitors will have the opportunity to meet their fellow newcomers, participate in a guided Q+A session, and discover tips and tricks for maximizing their Spring Marketplace success.

When are Hosted Buyer refunds distributed?
Refunds will be distributed during the last set of appointments.
Are suppliers invited to the Citywide Breakfasts?
Yes, suppliers are invited to attend the Citywide Breakfasts.
How do I register for a specific Welcome Reception Experience?
To register for a specific Welcome Reception Experience, please pick up your color-coded wristband at registration. Only one wristband will be distributed per person.
AREA15 and Meow Wolf = Pink Wristband
Grand Prix Plaza = Orange Wristband
the INDUSTRIAL = Green Wristband
Atomic Golf = Blue Wristband
Madame Tussauds = Yellow Wristband (International Attendees Only)
Maverick Helicopters = Citywide Attendees Only
Are the Welcome Reception Experiences based on tracks?
The International and Citywide tracks have their own Welcome Reception Experiences.

All other attendees may participate in the Welcome Reception Experiences on a first come, first served basis.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation to and from the airport is not provided.
Some transportation will be provided for the Welcome Reception Experiences, please see below for specific departure times.

What are the morning wellness activities?
We will be hosting a Connect Run Club for a 3-mile jog. If you would like to participate, please meet outside of the lobby at 6:30 AM and bring your own water.
Is breakfast provided?
Breakfast is not included. We encourage attendees to explore the dining options available at Wynn.
Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch will be served at the Events Pavilion located outside of Wynn on day two from 12:00-2:00 PM.
Will there be gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options at lunch?
Yes, we have partnered with Wynn to ensure that gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available for all attendees.
Is there a meet and greet with Will Guidara?
While we know everyone wants to meet Will (we do too!), there is not a meet and greet with Mr. Guidara.
What if I am a Hosted Buyer and need to change my flight?
If you are a Hosted Buyer and need to adjust your travel arrangements, please email us at connectmeetings@its.com.
What is the app code?
The app code is Connect.
Where do I get my photos?
You can sign up for SpotMyPhotos here, or find a photographer onsite to help you sign up. Once you are in the SpotMyPhotos system, you will instantly receive all the photos you're spotted in straight to your phone.
Where do I pick up my name badge?
You can pick up your name badge in Lafleur.
What is the Wi-Fi information?
The SSID is TravelBelize and the password is TravelBz
Do I have to wear white to get into the White Party?
Wearing white is not required, but we do recommend it to match the theme!
Can I bring a bag to the White Party?
Small bags and clutches are allowed. However, large totes, backpacks, and suitcases will not be permitted inside XS.
Do I need a wristband to get into the White Party?
No wristband is required to attend the Connect Spring Marketplace White Party at XS, but you will need your event badge and a valid form of identification (driver’s license or passport).
Can I bring a guest to the parties?
All guests must be registered prior to the event in order to attend. A name badge is required for entry to all parties.
Where is lost and found?
For any lost and found items, please contact hotel security directly.
What if I need to ship something home?
If you need to ship items home, please visit Stetson, located at the back of Cristal. They will assist you with shipping services.
How do I know what appointments I have?
You can view your appointments by logging into the portal.
How do I know my booth number?
Your booth number can be found on the back of your name badge.
Can I leave my personal items at my appointment table?
Please note that the appointment room is not monitored by security. Leaving personal items in the room is at your own risk.
What is the Hosted Buyer Gifting Suite?
The Hosted Buyer Gifting Suite is an exclusive area for our hosted buyers to enjoy and receive a special gift as a token of our appreciation for completing their appointments.
Where is the Info Desk located?
The Info Desk will remain in LaFleur for the duration of the three-day event.
