Anna is a consumer law specialist, with specific expertise in electronic commerce. She regularly acts for major online platforms and retailers in this space, as well as for government departments and agencies. In March 2025, she was appointed Standing Counsel to the Competition and Markets Authority.

Anna contributes to a number of practitioner texts, including ‘Consumer and Trading Standards Law and Practice’ (commonly known as the ‘Pink Book’) and ‘Gringras: the Laws of the Internet’.

She is ranked for consumer law and related areas in the main legal directories, where she is described as “very personable, knowledgeable and someone who takes a very commercial approach". She was named ‘Group Litigation and Consumer Junior of the Year’ at the Legal 500 Bar Awards in 2023.
