Emma Cochrane is the Acting Executive Director for Consumer Protection at the Competition and Markets Authority. Emma leads the CMA’s consumer protection function across its enforcement cases and policy work, including the transition to direct enforcement powers conferred under the Digital Markets Competition and Consumers Act. Emma has over ten years’ experience as a competition and consumer lawyer having practiced at Linklaters and Simmons and Simmons.
