Gavin Rutter is a Legal Adviser at the UK Civil Aviation Authority. He advises on a range of aviation law matters including competition & economic regulation, passenger rights, safety, sustainability and space. Gavin has previously worked as a competition lawyer at a law firm in Brussels and in-house at an airline. Gavin holds a masters degree in Air and Space Law from Leiden University, has written for the Air and Space Law Journal and was author of the 2022 International Air Law Moot Court.
