Exhibitor Checklist
To maximize the benefits of participating at CMW and MADS, we suggest you become familiar with all of the information relating to the show. Here is a checklist which highlights key items to consider when finalizing your plans.
All Exhibitors:
- Submit your company logo and description as soon as possible to gain exposure pre-event.
- Book your hotel stay at our exclusive event rates by August 12, 2025.
- Register your team! Click here and follow the prompts to register by August 12, 2025.
- Complete your Sponsor Content Hub on the CMI Events App. You must be registered in order to receive the email to login and complete your Sponsor Content Hub. The Set Up Guide will be available soon.
- Complete the mandatory Sustainability Assessment Survey by August 12, 2025.
- If you do not want all items included in your standard booth package, fill out the Booth Package Opt-Out Form by August 12, 2025. Review our Booth Regulations to make sure that your booth complies.
- Submit the Intent to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form if you plan to use an independent contractor to install/dismantle your exhibit by August 12, 2025.
- If your exhibit is 400sq.ft. or larger, or if your exhibit deviates from the Booth Regulations in any way, submit your final/updated booth renderings to Tori Grant before August 12, 2025 at victoria.grant@informa.com.
- If you are requesting to go over height, fill out the Booth Height Variance Form by August 12, 2025.
- If you are requesting to have a multi-level booth or include a canopy or tent, fill out the Request for a Multi-Level, Canopy or Tent Form by August 12, 2025.
- Place order with Freeman for carpet, furnishings, material handling, labor, electrical, sign hanging, etc. if required by August 15, 2025 to receive discount rates.
- Place order with Freeman AV for computers, monitors, lighting, etc. if required by August 15, 2025 to receive discount rates.
- Ship your freight to the advanced warehouse. Receiving begins September 23, 2024 and ends August 15, 2025. For shipping information and labels, click here.
- Ship your freight to show site. Receiving begins September 15, 2025. Ensure shipments do not arrive before this date as they will be turned away. For shipping information and labels, click here.
- Place order with San Diego Convention Center for booth cleaning, porter services, food and beverage and/or internet services by October 6, 2024, to receive discount rates.
- Learn how to maximize your exhibitor participation by reviewing our Marketing Tools.
- Review the Health & Safety Guidelines with all staff members who will be onsite.
- Ensure your Certificate of Insurance meets these requirements. It is recommended to bring a copy onsite with you in the event of an emergency.
- Submit Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any hazardous materials/products to be used at the show to Tori Grant at victoria.grant@informa.com by August 12, 2025.
- If you plan to have an automobile in your booth, fill out the Automobile Request Form by August 12, 2025.
Start Up POD Exhibitors:
- Submit your graphics for your Start Up POD back wall and side wall by July 7, 2025. Find the specs for your graphics here.
Turnkey Exhibitors:
- Submit your graphics for your Turnkey back wall and counter by July 7, 2025. Find the specs for 10'x10' graphics here and 10'x20' graphics here.
Exhibitor SPAM Alert
Content Marketing World has learned from several exhibitors and attendees they are receiving scam emails offering attendee lists for purchase.
Please be aware these offers are fraudulent. We do not sell or release data and have strict policies around the protection of data at Informa. These scammers do not have any relationship with CMW or Informa Connect and they do NOT have the data they are attempting to sell.
We continually work with our Show Management and legal team in sending the spammers cease and desist letters; however they are persistent and continue to send under different email addresses and different aliases. If you receive one of these emails, please BLOCK and MARK AS SPAM in your inbox. In addition, we recommend to review our Authorized Suppliers List to familiarize with the suppliers who will be reaching out to you for only show specific purposes and your involvement in CMW.
