Below is your pre-event TO-DO list. Please read through carefully and make note of the deadlines.
1. Sponsorship Contract Payment (Due Now)

2. Register for the Event (Due Now)
Anyone attending CREATE from your company MUST be registered. Please complete ASAP.
- This applies to anyone attending the event from your company including employees, booth staff, vendors, etc.
- Please register using your company specific Discount code sent via email. You will need to enter that code on the last page before submitting
- Note: When registering, enter your above discount code on the payment page and it will clear out the amount owed.
- Additional costs may apply for attendees beyond your allotment.

3. Secure Hotel Reservation (Due Now)
A unique booking link for the CREATE room block is sent to each attendee after completing registration.

CREATE and Informa do not utilize the services of any housing agent or third party to solicit booking rooms for attendees. Additionally, the Terranea Resort will never reach out to attendees to book rooms for the event. Please only make your hotel reservations using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
4. Submit Company Profile Marketing Materials (Due Friday, June 19 )
Company profile will be posted to conference website ,app, and any applicable print and/or digital signage, including logo, contact information, and link to company home page for 24/7 exposure pre- and post-conference

5. Order AV/ Internet/ Electric - (Due Friday, June 19)
Browse Encore’s Catalogue for Electrical, Internet, + A/V options. To secure equipment, we recommend ordering by xx/xx.
6. Submit Your COI - (Due Friday, xx/xx) - Exhibitors Only
A Certificate of Insurance is MANDATORY for all sponsors who have a booth/display in the Exhibit Hall. Please email a copy of your COI to Sales@rainprotection.net.
A COPY OF THE INSURANCE FORM MUST BE ON FILE BY XX/XX.
Certificate of Insurance Specifications:
Insurance Certificate must be issued prior to the 1st day of the month of the conference and should expire after the last day of the month of the conference.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate.
2. Workers Compensation & Employers' Liability: Must meet statutory requirements.
3. Automobile Liability: $500,000 per occurrence.

7. E-Blasts (Due May 15)
Please check your sponsorship agreement to ensure you are entitled to a pre or post event e-blast.
E-blast emails will be HTML formatted with an opportunity to hyperlink to a landing page or some type of call to action if you choose.
Please Submit a Max of 250 word message content, and a subject line and our marketing team will design and format

8. Hotel Room Drop (Due, xxxx)
Please check your sponsorship agreement to ensure you are entitled to a hotel room drop.
Hotel Room Drop can be marketing collateral, gifts, consumables, etc.
Room drop date and quantities needed will be sent from our sponsor relations team
Sponsor must provide the pre-assembled room drop item and ship to the following address no later than Friday, June 26th
CrEATe to receive, organize, coordinate, and manage delivery of room drop to all conference guests in the host hotel room block.

9. Food Station Form (Due, Friday June 26)

10. Push Notifications (Due, Friday, June 26)
