Catriona is a finance and sustainability professional with over 15 years’ experience across ESG, corporate reporting and finance. Catriona began her career in Corporate Finance at PwC where she advised on complex cross-border transactions, before transitioning to focus on sustainability, driven by a passion for aligning business with long-term environmental and social value creation. Catriona is currently Head of ESG Reporting and Insights at Pepco Group, a pan-European retailer with over 4,000 stores. She has led the development of the Group’s ESG strategy, governance and disclosures, including its inaugural CSRD report. Catriona holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Accountant.
