Christina joined United Bankers as Head of ESG and Impact in January 2026, having spent her career at the intersection of finance and sustainability. In her role, Christina looks after the Responsible Investment strategy across United Bankers’ funds and services, spanning listed equity, fixed income, real estate, natural capital, and private equity, and also heads up the Corporate Responsibility work.

She brings a wealth of experience in Responsible Investment and ESG analysis, having previously worked as ESG Director at Delancey – a UK-focused real estate investment firm. Christina also has consulting experience through her work at NorthPeak Advisory and KKS Advisors, where she built sustainability strategies and ESG investment frameworks for alternative asset managers, corporates, and allocators. Christina’s work on capital market reactions to corporate announcements of long-term strategic plans has been published in the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance and Harvard Business Review.
