Aðalheiður (Heidi) Snæbjarnardóttir is Head of Sustainability at Landsbankinn, Iceland's largest financial institution. She leads the Bank's sustainability strategy, focusing on integrating sustainability into governance, risk management, and business operations while overseeing regulatory reporting and compliance. Since joining Landsbankinn in 2019, she has led the Bank's implementation of the CSRD, ESRS, and TNFD frameworks, including publishing Iceland's first TNFD report by a bank.

With more than a decade of experience in sustainability, Heidi also serves as Chair of the UN Global Compact Network Iceland. She is a frequent speaker on sustainable finance, corporate reporting, and regulatory change, with a focus on turning complex requirements into practical business solutions.
