Lars oversees a fund management team with three funds totaling more than £18 million invested in one of the UK’s leading social impact investors, with over £40 million in committed money. Lars conducts portfolio risk and effect analyses, including ESG, SDG, and internal impact reporting. Lars works as a director in a number of supported social companies.
• Led negotiation and launch of first outcomes investment fund with £10M cornerstone investment.
• Hired and cultivated new investment team, while providing strategic leadership during absence of Managing Director.
• Contributed to fundraising events for follow-on closes of second social impact fund.
• Served in FCA registered compliance role CF10 &CF11 during November 2016 to October 2018.
