Laurene Chenevat is the lead expert on sustainable finance regulations of Natixis CIB's Green & Sustainable Hub, which she joined in September 2022. In this role, she focuses on sustainable finance policy monitoring and regulatory intelligence advisory, supporting the bank and its clients in navigating the European and international regulatory landscape. Before joining Natixis CIB, she spent six years at Mirova (Natixis Investment Managers) coordinating policy and advocacy work on sustainable finance, with a particular focus on the EU Sustainable Finance regulatory package. She directly supported Mirova's CEO's participation in the European Commission's High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) on Sustainable Finance, which contributed to shaping the broader EU Action Plan. With over 15 years of experience in sustainability, her background spans both the private sector, including Veolia, and various public and international organizations, providing her with a cross-institutional understanding of how sustainability policies are designed and implemented.
