Leslie Swynghedauw is leading the EMEA ESG Sector & Thematic Research Team at MSCI ESG Research. Prior to this, she led the Consumer Goods sector.

She has over 10 years of experience of measuring ESG performance and developing ESG methodologies across various economic sectors and asset classes. Her areas of expertise are biodiversity, circular economy and human rights.

Prior to joining MSCI in 2014, Leslie worked for EIRIS, a UK-based ESG research provider, as well as for Amundi. Leslie holds a Master degree in Development and Risk Management from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
