Stephanie is the Head of Responsible Investing at Virgin Money Investments, the investment management company within the wider Virgin Money banking group. She has developed a responsible investing approach which is being implemented across the range of UCITS funds offered to retail customers. She has created the infrastructure for governance and reporting including the oversight of third-party investment managers. A current key focus is the development of fund disclosures to comply with the FCA Sustainable Disclosure Regulations, including new consumer-facing document and consideration of sustainability labelling.

Stephanie is currently studying for the CFA Impact Investing certificate to deepen her knowledge in the area of investing for positive change. She has a certificate in ESG Investing from CFA and received an accreditation for the course, Women Leading Change: Shaping Our Future from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She started her career as a management accountant and remains a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, CIMA.
