Tayo has extensive experience in the origination, development and asset management of properties within the affordable housing sector with a particular focus on the social and environmental impact that can be delivered. Prior to joining CIM Tayo was lead on a number of large projects from development stages through to sales and marketing for social housing at Funding Affordable Homes. He was previously an Executive Director at Housing & Care 21 where he led a period of strong growth delivering over 6,000 homes. Tayo earned a doctoral degree from Cranfield University for his thesis exploring the potential deployment of private funds through impact investing to promote circular economy principles and support the UNSDGs.
